GENERAL ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE:                   41 Years of varied Architectural Experience - 29 of which were self employed as a Professional Architect.
                                                                                    Holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Board Certification and is currently licensed in 5 states, including Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and New York.

1969-1973        Draftsman/Designer for PETTET ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS
Clientele was made  up exclusively of Warehouse/Distribution
Developers, i.e. Trammel Crow Company, Carter and
Associates, John Hunsinger and Associates, M.D.Hodges and
Ackerman.

1973-1975         Designer for Becket, Pless and Willham Architects.  Noteworthy Clientele included Georgia Power Company, Cobb County School System, various Colleges and Universities.

1975-1979         Senior Design Architect for Georgia Power Company responsible for design of “people facilities” in conjunction with the Power Generation Facilities and design of buildings with access to the “general public” on GPC properties.  These buildings include Service Buildings, Offices and Warehouses on Power Plant sites and Visitor Centers and Public Recreation Facilities at the lake sites..

1979-1981         Kenneth Donaldson was hired by Miller, Stevenson and Steinichen, a multi-discipline engineering firm, to establish an Architectural Division for the company. Projects included, not only municipal fire stations, public housing, and municipal land planning, but also a two story office building for the firm.

1981-1995         Kenneth Donaldson and Harold Willham  co-founded ARCHITECTS SOUTH, INC., and practiced as a Professional Corporation until 1995. Typical projects included Warehuse/Distribution Facilities, Shopping Centers, Georgia Power Facilities, Renovation work for Georgia State University/University System of Georgia, Automobile Dealerships and Veterinary Hospitals.

1995-PRES.      For the past 15 years, Kenneth Donaldson has practiced  as Kenneth A.Donaldson Architect, PC.  Typical projects include Veterinary Hospitals, Office/Warehouse Buildings, Office Condos, Multi-use Commercial Buildings, Banks, Shopping Centers, Adaptive Re-use and Renovation, and custom Residential.
